Our Services

We provide roll-off dumpster rental and related waste-hauling services in Odessa, Texas, Ector County, and the surrounding Permian Basin area. Service availability, sizes, and pricing may vary and are subject to change.

Quotes and Estimates

Any price, quote, or estimate we provide is based on the information you give us and is not a binding contract until we confirm your rental in writing or by phone. Final pricing may change if the actual job differs from what was described (for example, heavier material, a larger load, or a longer rental period).

Weight Limits and Overage Charges

Each rental includes a set weight allowance. If your load exceeds that allowance, additional per-ton charges may apply at the landfill’s going rate. Dense materials such as concrete, dirt, brick, and caliche must be placed in a designated heavy-material container.

Prohibited Items

Certain materials may not be placed in our dumpsters, including but not limited to hazardous waste, liquids, paint, chemicals, tires, batteries, appliances containing refrigerant, and other items restricted by law or by the receiving landfill. You are responsible for any fees or penalties resulting from prohibited items placed in the container.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Providing safe, legal, and accessible placement for the dumpster
  • Obtaining any permit required when a dumpster is placed on a public street or right-of-way
  • Not overloading the container above its top rail
  • Keeping prohibited materials out of the container
  • Ensuring the delivery area is clear and that the surface can support the container and truck

Property Damage

We take reasonable care during delivery and pickup, including the use of boards where appropriate. However, you acknowledge that placing and removing a heavy container carries some risk, and we are not responsible for damage to driveways, pavement, lawns, underground lines, or other surfaces that results from the placement you requested, except where caused by our negligence.

Payment

Payment terms will be provided at the time of booking. You agree to pay all charges for your rental, including any applicable overage, extended-rental, or trip fees.

Cancellation and Changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. Fees may apply for cancellations or changes made after a truck has been dispatched.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific rental giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, or costs arising from your violation of these Terms, your placement of prohibited items, or your failure to obtain a required permit.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Ector County, Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision.
