Local Dumpster Rental · Permian Basin, TX
Dumpster Rental in Penwell, TX
Penwell is small, spread out, and all oilfield — a little community out on the west edge of Ector County along I-20, where the land is lease roads and tank batteries more than houses. Out here there is no city trash service to lean on, so when you need a roll-off for a lease cleanout, a ranch project, or a jobsite, you call a private hauler. Local providers deliver dumpsters to Penwell and haul them when you are done.
Dumpster rental built for Penwell
Most of what providers drop in Penwell goes onto oilfield and ranch property — pad-site cleanups, tank-battery work, equipment and pipe scrap, and the occasional old house or trailer being cleared off a section. The jobs are bigger and the access roads are rougher than in town, so two things matter most: the right size box, and a truck that can actually get to the drop spot.
What size dumpster do you need in Penwell?
| Job | Size | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Small lease / tank-battery cleanup | 10–15 yd | Heavier scrap, keep it low |
| Pad-site or equipment cleanout | 20–30 yd | Bulky, mixed debris |
| House / trailer tear-out | 30–40 yd | High volume |
Not sure which fits? See our size guide or just tell the provider the job when you request a quote. For lease work, our oilfield dumpster page covers the details.
Do you need a permit in Penwell?
On private lease or ranch property, no — you place the box where you need it. Because Penwell is unincorporated, you are not dealing with city street rules the way you would in town. The main thing we need from you is a clear, firm spot and a passable access road, especially after rain turns the caliche soft.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you deliver dumpsters to Penwell, TX?
Yes. Penwell is on our regular west Ector County route, and providers deliver roll-off dumpsters to oilfield leases, ranches, and jobsites there, then haul them when you are done.
Is there trash service in Penwell?
There is no municipal trash pickup in Penwell since it is unincorporated, which is exactly why most people here use a private roll-off for cleanouts and lease work.
Can you get a dumpster truck down a lease road in Penwell?
Usually yes — tell the provider the gate and road situation when you book with a provider with a provider. We just need a passable access road and a firm spot to set the box, which can get soft after rain out on the caliche.
What size dumpster is best for an oilfield cleanup near Penwell?
A 10 to 15-yard for heavier scrap, or a 20 to 30-yard for bulky pad-site debris. We will match the box to the material so you do not fight a weight overage.
